WE ARE MATTER AND ENERGY

WE ARE MATTER AND ENERGY in continuing interaction as we permanently emit and receive energy and consequently, without prejudice of the Universe field of energy and of the immediate space, when we interact with other human beings we enter in a formative FIELD OF ENERGY, which can be managed.

When a person enters a field, be it family, education, employment or social scenarios, access the field full potential and automatically absorbs all the existing positive or negative energy. if the field is a field culturally and socially enriched, people will be richer; if on the contrary, the field turns out to be problematic, controversial, violent, people will be marginalized and aggressive, unless other conditions outweigh this dynamic.


The field includes what is progressing inside the groups: organization, instructions, design objectives, development of contents, strategies, technologies, etc...; in general, everything that makes up the systemic structure of the field and its dynamics.

It is the conformation and the field content which determines its level of vibration. Integrated and proactive fields where there is cohesion brings higher frequencies (vibration) and higher tuning; all the opposite in with those fields where there is no integration and participant walks by its own side and interest.

The human beings, underlying to our well-known conventional physical conformation have a feature of quantum nature that ultimately determines the energy we transmit; and it allows us to receive and absorb the energy of the scenarios where we participate.

We should move within High Vibration Areas (HVA) where we can:
 1.    Develop relationships and interact in a holistic way (Panorama and systemic integration)
2.    Adopt diversity and maintain a dynamic balance (System Dynamics)
3.    Feed possibilities and learn to live with uncertainty
4.    Be receptive and stay in the flow (Field-Network-Scenario-Moment-Action)
5.    Create the interaction and strengthen the alignment (Field-Network-Scenario-Moment-Action / Feedback)
6.    Cultivate synergy between individuals and groups within the system.
7.    Give love in what we do (ENERGY boosting)
